When you register for a course with Fundamental Training Solutions you agree to our terms, conditions and use of this website.
Refund Policies
Consulting Fees
Fundamental Training Solutions does not provide refunds on deposits, partial payments or full payments to clients for consulting on any work whatsoever. Consulting includes but is not limited to program designs, ccl applications, regional center applications, facility inspections, corporation setup assistance and other services provided in conjunction with developing a residential facility.
Product Sales
All product sales including but not limited to book, manuals, guides etc, are final and non- refundable.
Course Registrations
Course registrations are non-refundable, however you may transfer to another training or you may transfer your course registration to another student. The credit must be used within 1 year from the date of registration. If a student is a “no show” they may transfer to another course or day. Unless otherwise noted all classes begin at 9:00am. Students that arrive more than 10 minutes late may lose their seat for that course and have to register for another session.
Failed Initial Certification Exams
If a student fails any initial exam within the 60 day time period you have 30 days to contact us to retake the initial certification course. The cost of the retake is $125.00

Fundamental Training Solutions is committed to protecting your information. Personal information collected such as email addresses, phone numbers, mailing address, etc are used for the purpose of billing or registration documentation. We will not share or sell your information. From time to time Fundamental Training Solutions may email, mail or text course schedules and/or promotional materials regarding training.
